- Some rumors via Slava Malamud that CSKA will make a rather large pitch for the services of Mikhail Grigorenko. Anyone see a draft stock plummeting if true?
Well couple things with this first. I'd be shocked if Yakupov doesn't have teams making pitches either, it's just something that happens. Second, I don't know if his stock plummets, the question is where do teams have him already given that he is Russian? There are probably already teams that have him as a late 1st rounder for this very reason. |

True, but Cherepanov didn't play his junior in NA (I think) and, as far as I recall everyone was scared as hell of the russian factor.... maybe it was right after Radulov left ?....or Jagr? Can't remember. |

The Russian factor is still there IMO, only difference is that Grigorenko played in NA. Like I said earlier I don't see him dropping anymore than what teams already have him at. Unless of course he signs with CKSA. |
